Nora Houston (1883 – 1942) was the 8th president of the Catholic Woman’s Club from 1934 to 1936, a founding member of the Equal Suffrage League of Virginia, the Virginia League of Women Voters, artist, and teacher. When she died on February 20, 1942, her grave was unmarked
. A fundraising campaign was undertaken by the Nora Houston Foundation (norahouston.org) to raise funds for a gravestone.
